Josh Davis, PhD

is co-author of the USA Today bestseller, The Difference that Makes the Difference, and author of the international bestseller, Two Awesome Hours. His books are available in 10 languages. He is the founder and director of the Science-Based Leadership Institute. He studied engineering at Brown University, and holds a PhD from Columbia University, where he studied psychology and neuroscience. Previously, he was a professor at Barnard College of Columbia University, and has held senior positions at the NeuroLeadership and other leadership development institutes.

He specializes in taking lessons from science and neurolinguistic programming and making them easy to understand and simple to apply to everyday needs. He coaches, consults to, and trains individuals and teams to excel at a range of topics including focusing on the right things, producing your best work, confidence with public speaking, highly effective communication and influence, building trust quickly, modeling excellence, deep and lasting learning, and meaningful behavior change.
